Terms of Service / Booking Terms — Brar Photography

1. Acceptance of Terms By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Bookings and Payment
A booking is confirmed once a deposit (if applicable) has been paid and details agreed in writing (email or message).
Full payment is due on the day of the session.
Prices are subject to change but confirmed bookings will honour the price agreed at time of booking.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made 7 days before the session may be eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus any costs already incurred.
Rescheduling is welcome subject to availability, with reasonable notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
4. Image Delivery
Edited images will be delivered within 10 business days of the session.
Delivery method: online gallery
Raw/unedited files are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Copyright and Image Usage Brar Photography retains copyright over all images taken. Clients receive a licence to use delivered images for personal, non-commercial use. Brar Photography may use session images for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.
6. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate booking details and are asked to arrive on time. Brar Photography is not liable for delays or issues caused by third parties, venues, or weather beyond reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Brar Photography is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or provided services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
